LinkArise CRM (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a login-based CRM mobile application designed for businesses to manage leads, service jobs, tasks, and staff activities. The app displays information based on the selected CRM type and logged-in user role.

By using this application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User Information

• Name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Login credentials (User ID)
• User role / user type
• Selected CRM type (Service or Lead)

1.2 CRM & Business Data

• Leads and lead follow-up details
• Tasks and My Tasks
• Service job details
• Service job start time and completion time
• Remarks, notes, and activity logs

2. App Permissions Used

2.1 Phone Call Permission

Purpose: This permission allows users to initiate phone calls to CRM leads directly from the app using the integrated calling feature.

We do NOT:

• Auto-dial phone numbers without explicit user action
• Access or read personal contacts stored on the device
• Use call data for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes

2.2 Call Log Permission (Optional)

This permission is optional and is not required for normal app usage. Users can use the app even if this permission is denied.

Purpose:

• Read call outcome (answered or missed)
• Read call duration
• Verify whether staff completed assigned follow-ups

Important Clarifications:

• Call log data is accessed only for calls made through the app to CRM lead numbers
• The app does not access the full device call history
• Call logs unrelated to CRM leads are never collected or stored
• Call log access is used strictly for internal staff performance tracking within the business account

3.1 Service CRM Type

3.2 Lead CRM Type

• Leads

Users can only view data related to their assigned CRM type and role.

4. Role-Based Access Control

• Admin users can manage all CRM data
• Staff users can view only assigned leads, tasks, or service jobs
• Unauthorized access to other users’ data is not permitted

5. How We Use Information

• User authentication and secure login
• CRM data display based on role and CRM type
• Lead, task, and service job management
• Internal reporting and performance tracking
• Improving app functionality and reliability

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We use secure authentication, role-based access control, and encrypted communication to protect user data. While we take strong measures, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Sharing

Data is shared only within your organization and only with authorized users based on assigned roles. We do not share user data with external entities.

8. User Rights

9. Children’s Privacy

LinkArise CRM is intended strictly for business use and is not designed for individuals under 13 years of age.
